Run, run as fast as you can..

I’ve begun running! Well, jogging is really more like it. Okay…intervals of jogging and then walking while puffing and trying to catch my breath, then telling myself to keep going and run again. But I am training for a 5k this fall. On my and hubby’s 6th anniversary, in fact. He is training too, and we’re going to run it together, with the kids in jogging stroller. Sweet, huh? I’ll take a picture of us looking all athletic-like and put it on here at some point.
Exciting things. Running is exhilirating! You should try it- even if only for a bit. Its good for you.
